First stage: Initiation
As soon as we come into contact with a team of employees, partners, we first determine: the goal to be achieved, the result to be obtained, the product to be produced, or the service to be provided. In short, we outline goals that can be achieved with the help of the end results.The execution of the project may depend on the scale and number of results.

Second stage: planning
We develop a project plan that supports communication between our client, employee and/or stakeholders. The purpose of the plan is to keep the results clear when activities are planned and milestones to be achieved.

Third stage: execution
The stage at which we outline the background of the project, the scope, the plan, in other words, the programming stage (preliminary design), which usually includes communication with the client to understand the development area where the project will be implemented. Then we conduct a full site analysis, land use restrictions or strategic vision of the territory, background research, conduct qualitative and quantitative research, interact with the community using our tools for participation, if required.

fourth stage: Support
Then we develop a concept and vision proposal, show the client a design proposal to get feedback, ultimately defining and narrowing the circle to the best option. Further development of the accompanying documentation.
